Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A BRAND NAME COMMERCIAL PURCHASE ORDER. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is DAKF06-01-T-0077. and is issued as a quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. For this acquisition, the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees and the NAICS Code is 316999. RFQ's should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001, Quantity 1017; Unit of Issue Pair Boot Ski Expedition Scarpa Inverno, FOB Destination; 387 Pair Delivered to Germany, 630 Pair Delivered to Fort Carson, CO. Firm Fixed Price. CLIN 0002, Quantity 1017 ; Unit of Issue Pair Liner Boot Expedition Scarpa, FOB Destination, 630 Pair Delivered to Germany,630 Pair Delivered to Fort Carson. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS/EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr2000.com.
