J -- The VA Connecticut Healthcare System, located at Newington, Connecticut, intends to award a snow removal contract on November 1, 2001 for a period of one year, with four option years. This will be a Performance-based contract, to be awarded on a per-hour cost for equipment and per cubic yard cost of sand and salt.
