Description

This is a commercial item for Preventive Maintenance Services of Government Owned Equipment (Brand of Equipment is Philips Medical Systems) located in the CATH-LAB, Tripler Army Medical Center, HI. The Contractor shall provide trained experienced personne l, labor, tools, diagnostic equipment, software, hardware, firmware, test phantoms, material, supplies, transportation, parts and equipment necessary to perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, safety testing and remedial repair support of the dia gnostic x-ray systems IAW the Performance Work Statement and Equipment List. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office, MEDCOM, Tripler Army Medical Center anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation. Unit o f Issue: Quarterly, Quantity is 4 Quarters. The solicitation will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance and price. The anticipated period of performance will be Base Year: 01 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02, Option Year 1: 01 Oct 02 -- 30 Sep 03, Option Year 2: 01 Oct 03 -- 30 Sep 04, Option Year 3: 01 Oct 04 -- 30 Sep 05, and Option Year 4: 01 Oct 05 -- 30 Sep 06.
