Description

Each year has different buildings listed in the Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Livermore Divisions, and in theee Base Year it is requested to price the inspection and testing on the fire and smoke dampers in the buildings listed on option years one thru three as an alternate bid item. The Scope of Work sets specific qualification requirements such as membership in the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA0, or similar non-profit organization involved in the same field. Evaluation factors are considered equal to price and are ranked in descending order and include Management Plan w/staffing cited, Past Experience (4 to 5 references) and QA Plan It is expected that each interested contractor should ensure that the three No. California facilties of Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Livermore are familiar, as well have the capacity to meet short response time. The NAISC Code is 334512. The requirement is small business set-aside.
