8040-01-033-7507 UI: TU Adhesive, nitrile rubber type: DESCRIPTION A liquid, air curing, nitrile rubber adhesive used for bonding leather, rubber, plastics, and metal. Medium viscosity for brush or flow applications. Used to attach rubber gaskets to air conditioners and in guidance sections and capsule assemblies for astronautic applications. Size: The product shall be furnished in 5 wt oz quantities in 3M original, 5 oz collapsible metal or plastic tubes in accordance with the supplier's normal commercial practice provided that there will be no interaction chemically or physically with the contents so as to damage the tubes or alter the strength, quality, or purity of the contents. The tubes shall be closed in a manner that will insure that the contents will not spill or leak from the tubes during shipment, handling, storage, and redistribution. Shelf life code: 4 (12 months) Maximum age on delivery: 2 months 3M Co. EC-847, p/n 62-0847-2631-4 3M EC-847 ONLY. NO ALTERNATIVES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
