Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to award under Simplified Acquisition Procedures a sole source Purchase Order to Automated Voice and Data Solutions, 3310 Timmons Lane, Suite 510, Houston, TX 77027 for the following: System Administration and Maintenance Services for VMX 300 and VMX 200 voice mail systems manufactured by OCTEL Corporation. This is a sole source purchase because of the proprietary nature of the software used in these systems. Automated Voice and Data Solutions is the only authorized VAR for the San Antonio area. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However the Government will consider any proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
