X -- The Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys Office, Boston, MA., intends to issue a purchase order to SunPark, Inc, 28 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA 02210 for twenty two(22) commercial parking spaces located at 28 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA. 02210 within a 1 block radius for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30 2002, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted to the address shown in Item 7 by COB September 27, 2001*****
