SUBJECT: FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT(FFP) for a Transmitter, Liquid Quantity SOL SP0440-01-R- 2414 DUE 10/12/01 POC Diane Hall, (804) 279-5563 Fax (804) 279-6134 DESC: PR No. YPG01071001559: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Transmitter, Liquid Quantity, NSN 6680-01-267-7402, P/N 027-047-003. This award will be solicited for a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP). FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance: Destination, 180 Days ARO. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued on a none unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition procedures (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (FAR 6.302-1). Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government on the NSN. NSN is non-commercial.
