Description

Included in the solicitation of the Bassett Hospital Replacement, and under the authority of FAR 6.302, the Alaska District Corps of Engineers intends to specify proprietary specs and/or sole source equipment using brand name. Item to be specified is the Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) Direct Digital Control (DDC) Metasys System for the Bassett Hospital Replacement, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This DDC System will integrate with the existing JCI Metasys network at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. This integration will allow the Western Region Medical Command to assist in overall project management of the new Bassett Hospital. All responders are advised that this project may be cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes.
