Description

Request for A Quote, SP4410-01-Q-6017. This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for comericial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information inclued in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement will be awarded based upon low price and a determination of brand name or equivalent to the listed item. This procurement is restricted to small/very small business, per FAR Part 19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code #443130. The Defense Logistic Information Systems (DLIS) intends to enter into a one-time purchase contract for upgrading the existing camera equipment. This request will be for replacement of out-dated Digital camera currently in use. The Digital Camera Back must be compatible with WindowNT or Windows 2000, Adobe Photoshop Version $.5 or higher and Adobe Photoshop 6.0. The requested items are: 1) Mega Vision S-3 Pro Digital Camera Back, Qty (1) each, (2) Adapter for Mamiya RB-67 Camera, Qty. (1) each, (3) Mega Vision Battery Pac Portable power/Storage Unit, Qty. (1) each, (4) P/N #BW-0845K -- Travelite 2250 Portraite Pkg., Qty. (1) each, (5) P/N #BW-0750 -- Travelite 750 Flash Head, Qty. (1) each, (6) P/N #CE-1869 -- Universal Clip-On Barn Doors, Qty. (2) each, (7) P/N #BW-1882 -- Lighting Specialty Kit, Qty. (1) each, (8) P/N #CE-1888 -- 4" Snoot Cone, Qty. (1) each, (9) P/N #CE-2560 -- Back-Lite Reflection, Qty. (1) each, (10) P/N #EK-0760 -- Kodak DCS 760 Digital Camera Body, Qty. (1) each, (11) P/N #EK-1080 -- Premium Plus Battery, Qty. (2) each NOTE: The above items can be brand name or equivalent to DELL computers. The upgrade to the existing camera will also require upgrading to the computer in the photo lab. The new equipment will require at least 233 MHz processor with 256mb at RAM and 9GB hard drive.
