Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 2, intends to issue a sole source order to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority B&T E-ZPASS, Commercial Section Suite 308, One Edgewater Plaza, Staten Island for regional E-ZPass usage for the period October 1, 2001 -- September 30, 2002. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Any replies to this notice shall be faxed to 212-742-2675 by September 27, 2001. Refer to the solicitation number and submit information to the attention of Carol Fitzpatrick. The information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the EPA not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the EPA.
