Description

INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO THE ZOLDAK GROUP INC, 7209 BURTONWOOD DRIVE, ALEXANDRIA, VA. 22307 UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302(1). This is a Notice of Intent and not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within five (5) days after the date of publication of this synopsis, but no later than 28 September 2001. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered procurement sensitive. The Government intends to procure from the above company, Facility Management Assistant Software and Technical Assistance, which has been modified to meet the Marine Corps needs. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract a ward will be made on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties shall furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the item sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the Government is available to the Contracting Officer NLT than September 28, 2001 @ 12:00 PM. The Government will be the sole determiner regarding an offeror s ability to meet all requirements.
