Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an Request for Proposals. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular(FAC)97-27. The associated NAICS code is 511210. Hardware maintenance is required for one year for three each Kodak 900D Scanners, three each Sony WDA-610 Jukeboxes, eleven Dell servers, and one each Hewlett Packard Jukeboxes for the Austin Financial Services Center. Respondents may provide prices for all or for some of the line items. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
