Description

The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervisor, tools, materials, equipment incidental engineering, and management required to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and component replacement as required to maintain (2) two 400 ton Trane Chillers. The Contractor must be an authorized Trane dealer and must be certified. This proposed contract action is for the services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Damuth Trane Inc., under authority of FAR 6.302. Damuth Trane is the only authorized Trane dealer in this area that handles the installation and service of commercial and industrial units. Trane dealers are set up by franchise and have specific geographic territories under their cognizance.
