Description

The Contractor shall be responsible for the operations and maintenance of various watercraft and equipment and shall provide port operations services. All services shall be provided on a "turn-key" basis with the Contractor providing necessary management, personnel, supplies, tools, equipment and vehicles. There is Government Furnished Equipment under this contract and certain reimbursable items (repair and spare parts for GFE). The Contractor will plan, schedule, coordinate services with the Government and other Government contractors as required to effectively accomplish the mission of NAVSTA Roosevelt Roads. It is anticipated that this contract will be a small-business set-aside.
