Description

17. M*-Commercial Activities Study (conducted pursuant to Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-76) for the Visual Information Services of the U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This is the 2nd synopsis to determine small business interest in performing visual information services at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. The first synopsis was advertised as Solicitation Number DADA10-00-R-0073. The Solicitation has been renumbered and all requests should reflect the new number, DADA10-02-R-0001. There will be no draft solicitation issued. The solicitation will require the following Visual Information Services to be performed: administration and operations support services; electronic multimedia graphic and self-help services; on-site support to the AMEDD Center and School Department of Distance Learning to support illustration, multimedia and photography; photographic services; video productions; audio/video product duplication services; issue, receive and maintain VI equipment and products used for temporary loan; operate, and provide preventive maintenance on permanent and mobile public address and video display systems; and perform video engineering and support services. The applicable NAICS codes are 333315, 334512, 335931, 42141, 512181, 513321, 513322, and 811219. The solicitation is expected to be a Cost Plus Award Fee contract.
