Description

The Program Support Center, Administrative Operations Service intends to solicit offers to provide Custodial and related services at the Parklawn Building located in Rockville, Maryland 20857. The Parklawn Building is a leased facility that houses various tenant agencies of the Department of Health and Human Services. The Parklwan Building is approximately 1.4 million square feet in size and includes a separate facility that is used as a day care center. The anticipated release date of this solicitation is October 25, 2001. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, with a small business size standard of $12 Million. This acquisition shall be a Performance Based Service Contract. The period of performance shall be one year with 4 one-year options. A pre-proposal conference/walk through will be scheduled for 2 weeks after release of the solicitation.
