Description

Western Regional Contracting Office intends to procure Transportation Service for Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98431. The Governement intends to award a fixed price contract with a performance period of 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. The anticipated award date is 1 October 2001. The RFQ DADA13-01-T-0107 and will be available upon request to Mitch Munger via e-mail, at mitch.munger@nw.amedd.army.mil. on or about 24 September 2001 with a closing date of 28 September 2001. Vendors requesting a copy of this RFQ must provide Business Size, telephone number / facsimile number, e-mail address and a point of contact. This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis using Simplified Acquistion Procedures (SAP). All responsible sources may submit an offer. Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Reguired Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order.
