Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DCA200-01-T-5110 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAC 97-27 and DAC 91-13. This RFQ is 100 percent small business set-aside, reference NAICS Code 42610, Size Standard 500 employees. Provide a price for CLIN 0001, Batteries, Saber (high capacity) I/S Radio, 7.5 volt, 1800 Mah or equal, 3000 each. NOTE: To be used in Motorola Waris (HT750, 1250, 1550) radios. Delivery must be made to Army Aviation Facility, 7563 South Airport Road, West Jordan, UT 84084, not later than 15 November 2001. FOB Destination pricing is requested. FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. 52.212-1(b)(4): Offerors shall submit existing product literature in lieu of unique written technical proposals. FAR 52.212-2 shall not apply to this acquisition. Award shall be made based on lowest price. Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3. FAR 521.212-4 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition -- 52.212-5(b): The following additional FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33.
