Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This request for quotation is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. IMPORTANT -- Only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFARS Clause 52.204-7004 or see web site http://www.ccr2000.com/. This announ cement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System is 334310 and the Small Business Si ze Standard is 500 employees. The government intends to make award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the most responsible offeror whose quote provides the best value to the government. A specific product determination has been made. The offered ite ms shall be the make/model products as listed. The required items and quantities are: ITEM 0001, 31 each, SONY DV CAMCORDER, MODEL DCR-PC-110, ITEM 0002, 6 each SONY NP-FM-91 BATTERY, ITEM 0003, 19 each, SONY 64MB MEMORY STICK: MSA64A, ITEM 0004, 48 each 6MM DV TAPE (60 MINUTE). Delivery is required no later than 30 days after receipt of award for all items. Inspection and acceptance of all items shall be at destination (government facility). The ship to address is IMA, ACCT W23BFK/W23W8C, Bldg T2501 C hisholm Avenue, Fort George G. Meade, MD, 20755-5315.
