Description

This is a combination synopsis/request for proposal F41636-01-R-0046 for aircraft lavatory waste transport and disposal services at Lackland AFB TX. Services required include labor management services for removal, transport and disposal of waste from aircraft lavatories. The requirement is for 24 hours/seven days a week on call services. The number of aircraft involved is an average of 33 aircraft per month. The length of the contract is twelve months. Proposal is urgently needed. The RFP is set aside for 100 per cent small business participation. Offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror representations and certifications-Commercial Services. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Services, FAR 52.232.33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contract Registration, and DFARS 52.204.7004 Required Central Contractor Registration.
