Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-01-Q-0335 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The set-aside for small business concerns has been dissolved. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 as well as DCN 20010911. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990 and the small business size standard is $5M (annual revenues). This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 -- Evaluation and analysis of Personnel Demonstration Project at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 365 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC CRANE. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
