Description

Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide custodial and related services at the ATF Redford Facility , 12605 Arnold Street, Redford, Michigan. Work shall be performed three days per week between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Federal holidays excluded, unless specifically approved, with the exception of snow removal services which shall be performed Monday through Friday by 8:00 a.m. Custodial and related services includes but is not strictly limited to, trash and solid waste disposal, insect and rodent control, and snow removal. Estimated period of performance is an initial twelve-month period to commence on March 1, 2002, with option requirements for four additional twelve-month periods. NAICS Code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $12M. This is a negotiated performance-based best value full and open procurement for all business concerns. Offers are due November 19, 2001. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled on or around October 25, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., room to be determined.
