Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, equipment and work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications to remove and replace carpeting on the second and third floors of bldg. 10480 (Contracting sections), Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Work consists of, but is not limited to: removal of furniture, removal of old carpet, preparation of floor, installation of new carpet, and replacement of furniture. Performance period is 120 days from the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation package will be available on or about 24 Sep 01, with a closing date of 25 Sep 01. NAICS code is 235520 with a size standard of $11,500,000.00. This project is expected to be awarded under the 8(a) small business set-aside program.
