Description

Reference regarding minimum dollar value is changed to read as follows: The minimum dollar value, which will be required under the contract during the basic year will not be less than $200,000. There will NOT be a minimum dollar value on option years. Maximum dollar value of the contract including options shall not exceed $20,000,000.
