Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, administration, materials, tools,and transportation necessary to provide military family housing maintenance. The work shall include, but not be limited to appliance maintenance, preventive maintenance, routi ne and emergency service orders, texturing, priming and painting of housing units, floor repair and installation, kitchen replacement, bathroom replacement, kitchen cabinet removal-replacement, removal-replacement of fencing, operation of self-help stores, limited asbestos and lead based paint abatement and grounds maintenance. This requirement is solicited under the SBA Competitive 8(a)Program and restricted to 8(a)contractors serviced by the Alaska District Office, or 8(a)firms with bona-fide branch offic es in the Alaska District Office area, which have NAICS Code 561210 in their 8(a) development plan. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The magnitude of the project is over $10,000,000.
