Description

4230-00-763-2464. Part Number 5-70-23. The item to procure is a Collective Protective Hospital Headpiece for the Gas Particulate Filter Unit. The Mounting Canister is made of Aluminum per QQ-A-250/8. The Gasket is made from Rubber per MIL-R-3066. Wire Clamp, 8.34375, is made from steel per MIL-C-10083, and the Retainer, Outlet Valve, is made from steel per QQ-S-700; Hood Assembly; Valve, Outlet, C19 Assembly. Requirements are issued as a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity solicitation, with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 649 each Hospital Headpiece. The solicitation is unrestricted, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. First Article Testing is required. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is 11 Oct 01. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c). Threfore, hardcopies will not be provided.
