Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington, DC intends to award a Sole Source contract to HC Photonics,4F No.2 technology Road, Science-Based Industrial Park, Hsinchu 300 Taiwan in support of the U.S. Naval Observatory. A Sole Source Justification has been preparded and approved. Place of delivery is Washington, DC. NACIS Code is 541519, with a corresponding size standard of $18 million. The proposed contract is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
