This is a non-competitive procurement to Lexisnexis, due to being the only web based product offering full bibliographic control of statistics generated by a variety of Governments, organizations, agencies & publishers. Simplified Acquisition Procedures via oral RFQ will be utilized. Award will be on or before 01 Oct 01.
