Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a purchase order through this reference number for a Cardio Theatre Package. This procurement is for a Cardio Theatre package to include the following quantities and individual descriptions: (8) Single Channel LCS LCS1; (2) LCS Transmitter LCSTX; (32) LCS Receiver LCSRX; (8) 27" TV TV-006; (8) Ceiling Mount ACM233L; (8) AM/FM Receiver AR404; (16) 3' Audio Patch Cable W-031; (200) Digital Stereo Headphone TM502; (1) Marketing Kit MAMK100; (1) Headphone Rack H-057; and (1) 8' Sign CTS2. ALL installation and shipping charges shall be included in the bidder's quote to be considered responsive. All responsive sources MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. For information to register, please see www.ccr2000.com. Price quotes received shall be used to conduct a competitive procurement. This procurement is strictly reserved as a 100% small business set-aside.
