Business Service Center intends to procure a Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to perform two (2) Semi-Annual Maintenance Inspections on all elevators and dumbwaiters at the VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road,Northport NY 11768.The period of performance shall be from October 1, 2001 thru September 30, 2002 with (4) one (1) year options.The period of performance shall be from date of award thru September 30, 2002 with (4) one (1) year options.
