Description

Award shall be a sole source to Villa Communication, Inc for the following line item: 1. One-person year contract to schedule Mission Readiness Training Students. Scheduling will be accomplished in the Oracle Training Application through specific directorates. Responsible for training validation, requirements screening, quota management, and student notification. Maintain administrative records. Justification for awarding to a sole source, Villa Communication Inc, is as follows: BEST VALUE-1)High Past Performance Rating for FY01. 2)Villa Communication Inc employee does have an extensive and current Security Clearance. Must have a Security Clearanc prior to working at the HQ AFSPC building at Peterson AFB, CO. Process for Security Clearance takes several months to complete.3) The contractor's employee has an extensive knowledge of the MRTP process. 4) Local Contractor-Short travel distance & time to get to & from work.
