Description

The Amarillo VA Healthcare System on behalf of Visn 18 intends to award a sole source contract to a firm doing business as "UpToDate" for point of care clinical referenance. The material is written by an international faculity of over 2600 authors. Program material consists of the following specialties: Adult Primary Care & Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Endocrinology & Hepatology, Hematology, Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, Nephrology & Hypertension and Rheumatology. Software also contains more than 10,000 graphics, 1000,000 medline abstracts as well as a complete drug database. A new version is released every four months or three times per year. All new and revised material is supplied at no additional cost.
