Description

PRON: AX1F5350AX, NSN: 3040-01-155-0885, PN: 7-211310039-5, Quantity 91 each for the first year with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. and 128 each year for four additional years for a total of 603 each applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. This requirement w ill be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity buy. The approved sources are The Purdy Corporation (15152), Derlan Precision Gear Inc (22907) and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The required delivery when First Article Testing is applicable is 30 each 420 Days After Contract Award and 30 each month thereafter. The First Article Test Report is due 268 Day s After Contract Award. The required delivery when alternate II is recommended is 30 each 350 Days After Contract Award and 30 each month thereafter. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
