Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ) intends to issue a sole source purchase order, using simplified acquisition procedures, to CaseSoft for a CaseMap/TimeMap Enterprise License. The Tax Division of the DOJ is currently using this product and has decided to expand its usage in order to better organize data and perform analysis for litigating its cases. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit and submit product information in response to this notice.
