Description

Customs will negotiate/award a non-competive commercial contract (or order) to Pacific Applied Technologies, Inc. for a renewal of monthly software license for 1 year and removing a FBI NCIC binary synchronous (bisync) interfaces from TECS Prod CICS (CIAPPXAI) and from TECS Land Border. PATC will also remove bisync from TECS Land Border Primary CICS. This is proprietary software and as such PATC is unqiuely qualified to provide this software/services.
