Description

NCIC/NLETS CLETS Interface (access) Software- Customs will negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Pacific Applied Technologies Corp (PATC) for this software and maintenance. This is proprietary software and as such PATC is uniquely qualified to perform this contract. They will also remove FBI NCIC binary synchronous interfaces from TECS Prod CICS and from TECS Land Border Production CICS.
