- This is Notice of Intent. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Prentice Hall, Upper Saddle River, NJ under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the purchasing of EMT textbooks. These books have been approved by the representative institional training center. This company's textbooks are the foundation of knowledge for EMT training classes. This notice is not a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. Note 22 applies.
