The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Quantity: 1,896 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 130 DARO or best possible delivery; 4,273 each to be delivered to Tinker AFB, OK within 130 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to be included in RFP. Estimated solicitation issue date is October 19, 2001; estimated closing date is November 19, 2001.
