Description

Solicitation N00421-02-Q-3067 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not a set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis (Must be Brand Name only Lambda Power Supply) and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 20 ea, P/N JWS-300-24 Power Supply, CLIN 0002 Quantity 20 ea, P/N JWS50-24/A Power Supply, CLIN 0003 P/N LZS-500-3 Quantity 40 ea, Power Supply, CLIN 0004 P/N 800/24 Quantity 20 ea, Power Inverter, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Award is expected 09 Oct 2001. The Power supplies must meet the brand name Lamda and Prowatt products because the the five subsystems meet the form, fit , and function of Lambda Based products. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 05 Oct 2001 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
