Description

The 375th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source purchase order to ASACA/Shibasoku Corporation of America under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requi rements. The procurement is to install DLT-7000 Dual Drive Trays for US Transcom J2, Bldg 1600, Room 115, Scott AFB IL. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to this re quirement. All contractors who wish to do business with the DOD must have CCR registration, to register call CCR at 1-800-22 7-2123 or e-mail at www.ccr2000.com. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
