Description

Solicitation number is RFP 603-21-02. This acquisition is restricted to very small business. NAICS code 561730 with a threshold of $5.0Mil is applicable and award is subject to availability of funding. THE SCHEDULE: This is a one-time service requirement to meet the planting season for this area with a May 18, 2002 deadline. The work consists of furnishing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, material, labor and planting stock required to design and install landscaping in locations specified at the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $50,000. All work must be completed before the scheduled May 18, 2002 deadline. Site visit shall be held on October 10, 2001 at 10:00AM local time at the VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY, in BLDG T2. Site visit attendance should be considered mandatory due to the nature and time constraints of the requirement. Sol pkg will be available on or about October 2, 2001.
