Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO for detailed repair/replacement procedures for the replacement of Rib Seven on two (2) T-45TS aircraft wings. This effort includes any structural components, engineering drawings and/or formal documentation processes, and a list of replacement parts for the repair of both wings. These aircraft are currently located at NAS Kingsville, TX. McDonnell Douglas Corporation is the designer, developer, and sole integrator of the T-45TS and is the only known source with the experience and technical data for the performance of this effort. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply
