Description

PRON: AX1F5352AX, NSN: 3020-01-163-4629, PN: 7-211310043, Quantity 48 each for the first year with deliveries to Texarkana, TX and 48 each year for 4 additional years for a total of 240 each applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. This requirement will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity buy. The approved sources are The Purdy Corporation (15152), Precision Gear Inc. (21540), Derlan Precision Gear Inc (22907) and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co (8V613). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The required delivery when First Article Testing is applicable is 24 each 405 Days After Contract Award and 24 each the following month. The First Article Te st Report is due 258 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when alternate II is recommended is 24 each 338 Days After Contract Award and 24 each the following month. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be proces sed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Adequate technic al data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
