Description

NSN 8410-01-437-9885; Skirt, Wmn's, Dress, Ply/Wool, AG-489, CID-A-A-55304 dated 5 February 1997; Pattern date 23 April 1998. This is a best value procurement. A technical proposal is required including a PDM, Past Performance, Bill & Hold, Electronic Data Interchange, Manufacturing Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement. This is an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with a minimum qty of 26,460 and a maximum qty of 66,990 for the base year. Delivery Order #0001 for 13,530 each (4,510 for a 3 month delivery schedule). Production leadtime is 120 days. Four one-year option periods for minimum 39,600 min/66,990 max. Destination will be the Bill&Hold site. Government furnished material (GFM) will be provided for the basic material. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is 1 November 2001.
