Description

Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Trades and Crafts Firm Fixed Price Contract to provide various construction services, including, but not limited to, equipment, personnel, supplies, fuel, maintenance, supervision, and materials (when sp ecified) to perform certain construction tasks. Estimated duration for the contract award will be an inital base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each for a total not to exced of sixty months. The anticipate d amount for the base period and each option period is $200,000, with a not to exceed amount of $1,000,000 for the life of the contract. The minimum guarantee for the base period is $4,000 and for the twelve month option periods is $2,000. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet. Amendments to this solicitation will also be issued through the use of the Internet. No additional media (floppy disks, faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government determine s that it is necessary. All offerors are requested to check the Fort Worth District Contracting Division W ebsite daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award.
