Description

The work consists of providing all management, labor, tools, equipment, supplies and material for repair/construction of approximately 1906 square foot concrete dock, 3425 SF concrete apron, and construction of a concrete walkway/apron with ramp in accordance with specifications and drawings. Other work consists of removal and replacement of chain link fencing and removal and replacement of a 5 x 7 foot grease trap. Location of work: Building 3, Mess Hall, Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), Port Isabel, Texas. This action is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 235710. The small business size standard is $11.5 million. The estimated cost range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
