Description

The Michigan National Guard has a requirement for a cost-per-copy photocopier program that will require a vendor to supply approximately 132 copiers to National Guard facilities across the State of Michigan under one contract that will include maintenance. This contract will be a multi-year contract with a base year and option years. The contractor shall provide a cost-per-copy monthly copier service, with unlimited copies, to include all copier equipment, maintenance, and supplies, exclusive of paper. Ve ndors may be required to demonstrate their products. Solicitation Number DAHA20-01-T-0083 will be available o/a 5 October 2001 at our website http://www.selfridgecontracting.com/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp . Completed proposals will be submitted to t he USPFO For Michigan o/a 19 October 2001. The projected contract award date is o/a 26 October 2001. Eventual contract award will be based on Best Value and vendors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements. We will accept open market proposals as well as proposals from GSA Schedule Contract Holders.
