Description

This solicitation is for a requirements type corporate contract for the procurement of sole source, part-numbered items manufactured by Lockheed Martin, CAGE Codes 04939, 81755, 99971, 98897, 34675, and ONYX6 for a three-year base period and includes two two-year options and one three-year option. DSCR currently does not have a data package for any of the NSNs included in this solicitation. The NSNs, part numbers, and annual estimated quantities are available upon request. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. FOB Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated award date is 8 Feb 02. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes: 22, 23, 26.
