PRON: AX1F0211AX, NSN: 5315-01-329-0707, PN: 70103-08107-102, Quantity: 1,000 each Applicable to the UH-60 Black Hawk. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 1,000 each 188 Days After Award (DAA). The First Article Test Report is due 138 DAA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 1,000 each 150 Days DAA. This item is restricted to Avibank MFG Inc., 1500 Sherman Way, PO Box 391, North Hollywood, CA 91605, Cage Code: 84256 the only appr oved source who can meet the Government delivery requirement. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design contro l activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately.
